This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, fulfill, and ship orders placed through our website.

Founder Pre-Launch Orders

Black Hound is currently in its Founder pre-launch phase.

Founding Members are securing access to exclusive founder pricing, benefits, and priority fulfillment before public launch.

Orders placed during the Founder phase may not ship immediately. Estimated production and fulfillment timelines will be communicated to Founding Members through email updates and the Black Hound website.

By purchasing a Founder Membership, you acknowledge that your order may be subject to pre-launch production timelines.

Order Processing

Once products are available for fulfillment, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout unless otherwise stated.

Eligible Founder promotions and special offers may include complimentary shipping.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before purchase.

Domestic Shipping

Black Hound currently ships within the United States.

Estimated delivery times are typically 3–7 business days after an order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delayed Shipments

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Black Hound is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Events outside of our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, Black Hound may not be able to recover or replace the shipment.

Please contact support@blackhoundperformance.com immediately if you need to update your shipping information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact support@blackhoundperformance.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

When possible, include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of damaged packaging or products

  • Any relevant tracking information

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

At this time, Black Hound ships only within the United States.

International shipping options may become available in the future.
